These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Merchant" or "Subscriber") and CreatorBeeHive ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of our SaaS platform, API integrations, and automation tools (collectively, the "Services").

By subscribing to or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration & Eligibility

**B2B Nature:** Our Services are intended for business use by content creators, educators, and consultants. You represent that you are operating as a sole proprietorship or a registered business entity.
**Age Requirement:** You must be at least 18 years of age to form a binding contract.
**Account Security:** You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys.

2. Subscription & Payments

The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("SaaS Fee").

**Billing Cycle:** The subscription fee of ₹799/month (or other applicable plans) will be billed automatically via our authorized Payment Aggregators (e.g., Razorpay).
**Taxes:** All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST), unless stated otherwise.
**Failure to Pay:** If automatic billing fails, access to the Merchant Dashboard and automation features may be suspended immediately until payment is rectified.

3. Prohibited Use Policy

To maintain our compliance with Indian Banking Regulations, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the CreatorBeeHive platform. Violation will result in immediate termination without refund.

**Gambling & Betting:** Hosting communities related to sports betting, casinos, or games of chance.
**Unregistered Investment Advice:** Providing stock tips, crypto signals, or financial advice without valid SEBI registration (where applicable).
**Adult Content:** Distributing pornography or sexually explicit material.
**Illegal Goods:** Facilitating the sale of controlled substances, weapons, or counterfeit items.
**Fraud:** Promoting "Get Rich Quick" schemes, pyramid schemes, or phishing.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

**Cancellation:** You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Dashboard. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
**Refunds:** As this is a digital SaaS product with immediate access, we generally do not offer refunds. However, exceptions for technical failures are handled on a case-by-case basis within 5-7 business days.
**Chargebacks:** Any fraudulent chargebacks initiated by you will result in a permanent ban and may be reported to credit bureaus.

5. Delivery Policy (Digital Goods)

Since our Service is software-based:

**Method of Delivery:** Access is granted instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
**Confirmation:** A license activation email is sent to your registered email address immediately.
**Shipping Costs:** There are no shipping or handling charges for our digital services.

6. Intellectual Property

**Platform Rights:** CreatorBeeHive owns all rights, title, and interest in the software, code, and dashboard interfaces.
**User Content:** You retain full ownership of the content you post within your community. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to your end-users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorBeeHive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

Service interruptions due to third-party API outages (e.g., Telegram downtime).
Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.
Loss of profits or data.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. CreatorBeeHive and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
